In this day and age, i think it is near impossible to get away with passing counterfeit money. Casino's will especially be on the look out for these hence doubling the possibility of being caught

There are several ways to get rid of prison buying products with fake money or using them for certain illegal business. I do not know how casinos work in America maybe is possible that you can infiltrate with false money and if you win to go home with real money. The police should start looking for that person because i can not help them. Big Smile

one more confirmation that in our time it is practically impossible to escape punishment for a crime .... criminals got into camera lenses and after a while they were already found .... one of the criminals certainly could escape but it seems to me that he will not stay for a very long time at large and he will be put in jail

Around $1000 of fake money? Surely not big fish we are seeing here. Just some amateurs trying to fool the casino in a way it can`t be fooled. Will most likely end in a very costly lesson, at least for the woman.

With all the crimes happening all over the world, i have to say seeing counterfeit notes,
has become rare. Or reading about it. They are everywhere of course,
but not the favorite choice of criminals lately.
We have moved a bit to the electronic crime Blink

DaCapo71 are desperate people who are in need of money or are drug addicted. Then they use different methods to make money and simply they omit the cameras. If the police would give more data about their personal lives, we would understand this. The easiest way for them is to find a better job but it's hard...

this explains a lot ... of course 1000 dollars is very little money to really get rich ... but if these people are addicts then 1000 dollars it is for them good money to buy drugs .... and that will be longer no matter .... The prison for these people is probably also not a very scary place

well probably its all because of her surname- mrs rich knew in the back of her mind that she is destined to be rich and since it wasn't quite happening with normal money she opted the easier route and starting the way to complete richness with counterfeit cash.

especially if there was lot of bills with small amounts, ofcourse they will see that something is wrong!maybe one will pass,if its good quality, but for sure lot of them wont!but people will try anything to try to trick casino or people!

The scanning lately is happening more and more often.
You can see a scanner in every shop now. Some times the lines take longer,
because they are looking for counterfeit notes Smile Not an easy task or the ones try to pass them.

surely for some persons jail it is like a place to relax. They believe in vacation there. I had a few cases in my country when they stole because the cold came and they had no place to sleep. They stole to get to prison, not to die of cold on the streets. The exciting option to survive. Damn.

Yes this is bad thing ro do and of course bad plan to make big money, hard to use many counterfeit banknotes because in all bigger shops and restaurants and every other olace there is some aay to check if this banknote is good or not. And you can get in prison for such thing too, so not good plan

I think in the near future, we are going to see, one of these machines counting the notes,
making a detection at the same time, for counterfeits Smile
That if the banknotes or bills, will be a thingy of the every day around the world.
With that explosion in crypto coins, maybe we are in the start of the end, of paper money. Smile

Did she act on impulse? She will face a long prison sentence if she is convicted. Her male accomplice is probably her boyfriend or pimp. Security camera footage will be helpful to law enforcement agencies for identifying and apprehending the suspect who fled the scene.
