Sounds like some sort of scam to me... heard about this before: organized collusion
That site is dangerous ground for any poker player to fool with. It claims it's trying to level the field against the casino(Poker site), but 1st of all, in poker anyways, your playing other people, not the site. 2nd of all, they're suggesting collusion, which will get you banned from sites indefinently.
If you don't want to be banned it's better to avoid to post things like this in the future.
