Normly on a 6 seat S&G it is 1st and 2nd that are paid and on a 10 seat it is 1st 2nd and 3rd.

On 10 seat S&G they pay out top 3. But please don't play s&g at Party Poker. The rake is extremly high (more than 20%) and the structure is horrible. Levels go up every 3 min in $1 (what really is 0,80+0,20 rake), so you can't even play poker. That's why i hate Party poker. It's an awful site for micro limit S&G player as I'm am. I would recommend you play cash and when your bankroll be higer, you could try to play S&G of hig buy-in ($10 or more).
Anyway if you still decide to play s&g, wish you much luck, you will need it.

I have played only 2 one dollars SNGs on Party Poker. First time i was 4th and second time 2nd. I don care so much about their rake, but blinds levels are crap. Yue cant play that format.

I just played a 11$ SnG 6 man and 1st and 2nd place got paid and i think its top 3 that get paid in 10 mans but you can check it on the client also GL with your bankroll building
