I log in there and my account is drained. I try to contact support and they ask me for part of my password for "sercurity reasons", and I'm like "what the ...?" I said "No company should ever ask for any part of your password" and the guy said it's just small part of your password.. I said ask me a security question and not for my password...He didn't reply so I said whatever and gave him part of the password cause I don't really care and going to close my account anyway.
So the guy told me money was taken out of my account for "administration fees" and that they will not give the money back. I had a few dollars left in my account so I went all in a few times and won $26. I try to cashout the $26 and they denied the cashout saying I have a bonus to work off. I just won $26 ! That has nothing to do with pending bonus, f**ing #@$*&&(@$!!
lol, I never swore to them and was very polite but they stopped repling to my emails..
I just want to get the word out to not play at Lucky Ace or any poker room on Pacific Poker Network...

It was free money but they took all the free money lol. I shouldn't have to wager enough to work off money they took, right? I made a deposit too..The administration fee is for all pokerrooms on the pacific poker network if you're inactive for 6 months then they take 10% of your account, after 10 months you have no money left no matter if you have $10,000 in there!

A bunch of rooms do this, if you left your account untouched for a long time. Just don't left money in an account, if you don't want to play there any more.

What other pokerrooms do this? I heard Party Poker use to but at least they send you an email before they take your money.. Have you read the stories of other players that had $1000s taken?
I don't really care about the administration fee anymore but now they want me to work off the money they took which makes no sense to me.

yep partypoker does that, i experienced the same on PP but at least they inform you 2 weeks before the 3 months inactivity as you say. i noticed they also delete all your points. so far thats the only rooms i heard about that.
i dislike 888´s software anyways, and the guy who ask for your password is definatly dubious.

I got banned for a stupid pic and you supply something 100X's more worse than what I did, a full web site devoted with far more s**t. Yes, yours was on a friday so you didn't get banned, mine wasn't on a friday and didn't even involve nothing near yours did......go figure the logic

I think all rooms does it, they just have different conditions for it, some rooms take fees after 6months, other after 1 year, some take 5% of your bankroll, other 10%... and a few retard rooms take all your money, after a period of time.

Ya, I read about that one too. He was lucky to get the money back..I guess it was bad publicity for Pacific so they might have lost more if they didn't give him the few thousand back.
After I lost with AA against 72(he got full house), I gave my $2000 PC a nice little kick, and turned it off. When I turned it back on the next day: hard disc failure
Then I was inactive for about 2 years, had 400+ in four diff. accounts. And all my money was still there And just before new year I found another, with 275, this had been inactive for 3 years.

im sorry for you, i hope this type of problems will be addressed faster by the administrator...
