Give it time and that urge to play 8 hours a day will go away, unless you don't have a life and nothing else going for you. I was just thinking about that the other day, how do people sit in a chair alone in a room and play for 6 - 8+ hours a day and live a quality life. With a job, family and everything else life has to offer why spend it indoors and be unsocial? To be honest, only a small % of people can play poker on line for a living. Most people have this dream that they are gong to make millions playing on line poker and the real truth is if they want to make/earn extra income they are better off going to a "fast food restaurant" and flipping burgers for minimum wage. Just think about the time invested vs the reward. Play it for fun

well by the sounds of things your not winning either cause if you were she wouldnt be moaning how long you on the computer as long as she was get sum pennys of you cause you were winning she il be ok

Cool, don't you have a job? Don't you sleep? In my case, even I wanted to be, I couldn't be addicted because I don't know how to take 8 hours a day! If you are millionaire maybe it's not a problem to be addicted to poker

teach her some poker. Than you play together and everything is fine I guess you only startet to play. I was playing really much at the beginning too. But after a great Downswing you will loose some attraction i guess....

Hmm playing poker 8 hours a day??? so are u a wining player are u playing poker as a job? if so what is shee complaining about o0 if u got a job and still play 8hours a day then she should call 911 and report u
