In live CG, you probably have alot of tells your friends are quite aware of... When u tilt, it shows (like you start playing really loose aggressive etc). Just try to stay calm and take a few minutes off the game. Go out, have a smoke, go back in, just enjoy the fun and start playing again later. The best cure for tilt is a good pause, not trying to win it all back. That's the worst thing u can do bud.
Hope you figure it out, live game tilt is the worst!

Most important is Bankroll management, and secondly strategy. Place bets when you have good starting hands. This will make it easier on your bankroll. Try to avoid Tilt, unless you a monster hand.

Hello everybody! We must not think of a single poker game but in the medium or long term. Just learn from your mistakes and learn the weaknesses of his opponents. Above all be patient. See you soon for new posts lol!

You have to think about every hand you play and what do you want from that hand. The looser you become, the less likely your concentrating on the game at hand. If your playing with the same group of people regularly, they will have some tells on you. Try imagining what kind of behaviors you portray with certain situations and work to mask or eliminate those repetitive behaviors. That should make it harder for your friends to put you on a hand

This works for me: With every pot I lose, I think: "I will win it back another time", and try to put a smile on my face. And a good player will win it all back, but maybe on another day or from another player!

I find home games are a great way to just have fun...I wouldn't worry about tilting or not when playing with friends, I think it just adds to the fun! I don't think I'll play for "real money" with friends, i guess things would get a bit complicated there...
