man what a turbulant month for my online poker play.after one month going from 0 to150 then fron 150 to 10 then 10 to 200.man massive swings in both directions.played good poker and nearly lost it all in one session due to some serious tillting. tilting or poker rage.sometimes i thjink the sites set u up to lose.poker is a game of variations but sometimes.......how did i regain my edge afterr being out rivered time and time again, big poickets cracked trips cracked.one week of poker no matter how much i wanted to play.seamed to work this time, any feed back on other players tips to beat poker rage.
My tip is to be quite, to learn about why you have lost and about why you have won. Analyze them and extract conclusions. When I'm losing because of a badbeat I know I have to be quite ... in the long time i will win. If you analyze your game and decided you're playing well, don't be anxious to win, take a little patience

u really must have big brake from playing poker one week u on the lead second week u on the loosing position so u must stop play now because u are tired off playing poker u maybe now feel like pro poker player and use a lot off cards combines or etc. so decision one go for the brake and u will stay on the lead way after week orto no playing poker

The trick is to to really understand tilt and try remove it from your game. This should be a lesson to you that although you are getting rivered and by donks, that these donks are your edge and if you maintain your 'A' game you'll always be a winning player. Handling tilt will keep your swings to a minimun until you wait for the money to roll back in again. I read a book called the Poker Mindset that really helped me with tilt.

i do think about what im saying and i didnt say they set u up, i said sometimes i think they set u up.but if you want to get down to it,yes they do at times have no doubt about that.it is computer software so a number generater is only as good at the programmer and the programn can be altered.think about it if you owned a poker site wouldnt you change the software to make you more rake.hell knows i would.think the 80 billion lost by players world wide in 2009 is testement to that.thats 80 billion lost to the sites ,not lost to players.thats separate.i enjoy online so thats life.and i did say i was tilting,so learn to read english properly and ur commentswould be valid.and a update from 200 down to 130,then from 130 to 280.more big swings.alot of setups and even more variations

i think either you are not following bankroll management properly or playing very bad to lose all your bankroll in one session. take a break , analyse your mistakes and try finding leaks. and next time you play increase the number of buyins to have a more stable bankroll

yeah the best trick is to stop play poker go take a walk or something like that and come back later and think about some of your good session when you were playing your best poker

Best advice: stop playing poker for two days and after two days start fresh with anew energy. Losing and winning are part of the game keeping it in balance.
Bankroll management will keep your swings better controlled. I think the general rule is to leave the table if u lose more than 3 Buy in's. If you lose 3 buy in's, either the table is too tough or your not playing your best game. You can also move down a limit or reduce the number of tables you are playing.
