yep, most bingo sites are like that, they still lose money however as they have to pay people who beat you, but it shouldnt be called a NDB, its only play money really.

they have another scam where they give you say $50, but you can only play in the bonus lounge, they have another area for depositors called the depositors lounge, so in fact they dont lose any money, some sites say you can withdraw a max of $50 of bonus money but only after you deposit $25 or more and then theres play through restrictions, dont waste your time unless you intend on depositing people.

well I guess they're staking you for the win lol - if you can collect up $100 then they take if from your account then they've made $85 from other players.. Most they can lose from staking you is $15.
