Hi all !
My question is what type of strategy is needed to beat SUPER turbo SNG's (FULL TILT).....where their are 90 players enrolled and your starting stack is only 300 chips with 15/30 blinds.......which go up every 3 minutes? Maybe it is just me but since the starting stacks are only 10 BB, it seems like this type of tournament is the same as a SLOT machine tournament.

Play is very similar to bubble play in tournaments. In general your average tournament will get to a point where you are down to 10 BB. To play a super turbo just play the whole tournament as if you were at that late point of the tournament

if you talking like full tilt 30 cent to win a dollar touney i like to wait to late register 9 minutes in because 1/2 the field is gone and i usually only need to win 1 double up to make it, other than that the really do sukk

Yer, as said above, and also what I do is lower my range for shoving. Always be the better not the caller, dont play EP, go hard LP. After you scrape a few chips sit back or min raise with good hands. GL

i agree with push with wide call with narrow. but the fundamental game has changed because there is really little room to bluff. so you have to make worse cards a lot better in this instance! ive never played this and think i wont but interesting nonetheless

That's about it!
I just think you should not register late, because the first 10 min people go in with all kinds of hands. A good chance to triple up or more (if you get the cards).

I have played it only once by mistake I registered to it and then for my surprise discoverd it was 300 chip turbo - I won thatone, but I dont have no idea how you could possibly be a winning player in those super turbos as its complete donkfest for players who are short in time and still want to have some fun and play few hands of poker in a day.
& in the end to play heads up with both players having 5 bb - theres no strategy init .

I'm pretty good in them, just wait for a big hand and push, and don't worry too much about blinds. Play tight the whole tournament, only when you have very bigstack you can try to steal, but doesn't work a lot, just patience is the key to win these tournaments, and a little of luck.

You wait to good hand and when you push all in somebody with 4 and 7 wins with two pairs or triple 4 ,this is bingo at beggining, when half players are out then you can play poker
