Hi,
i was taking the gift offer from BRM at WinnerPoker. I cleared the necessary points and requested the gift more than 2 weeks ago. Since that i write mails to BRM to get it and always receive stupid answers like:
"Dear Karsten Kloss,
We have completed your gift request for WinnerPoker.
It appears, according to our information, that you have not qualified yet. It is required that you qualify according to our rules for this offer, before you can avail your bonus/gift.
We kindly ask that you play some more at WinnerPoker and make sure you are qualified according to the rules for this offer. Once you're qualified, please send us an e-mail on *removed by admin* @bankrollmob.com, and we will process your bonus request once more.
Best Regards, BankrollMob"

Has anyone the same experience? I was making everything like in the instructions and get nothing. That seems like a fake and playing on time for me. Did anyone receive his gift here and did he manage to cash it out on Moneybookers?

I have applied for it. And played the necessery points, losing the whole gift + 5 $. I just can't get my game going at Ipoker, although most of it was drunk playing: my own fault. I usually break even there. Just can't win.
Well, anyway. I asked for the gift, and am now waiting for it. I have got no messages such as yours, and I have earlier received another pokergift, so I am in good hope.
I am quite sure it is not a fake.
From the messages you have got I understand that you have earned the points before you applied for the gift? Is that correct? In that case you need to earn more points. Perhaps they can tell you how many. I would ask them how many is missing. Maybe it is just a few?

Never had any problems with the gift offers, or cashing out. Seams like you just need to earn more points as stated in the reply, but if you had points befor asking for the offer I would assume you had an account there before taking the offer, so would not be supprised if you didnt get the gift..
maybe one more possible reason - didnt you get some extra bonusWinner Points (I dont know its name but you all know ehat I mean) when you depostited money? Because if you got some these points, there arent usually counted to your Account in clearing bonus

Hm, nice ideas and explanations, folks, but i was completly following the instructions. Also i didn't had points before i signed up, because i never had an account on Winner. Now i have reached more than 5000 WinnerPoints and still nothing.
Also the information, that you get 100% match on your first deposit is not correct. You only get up to 200$ bonus at 100% match..
I'm really disappointed from BRM, because i wouldn't had signed up with their link, without the gift offer and BRM cashes now nice $$$$$$$$ for being the affiliate through that i signed up.

Hi,I do request for gift offer before 6 days and nothing happend,still is processing,BRM need 2-4 days and now I'am scared what's happened,before when I do request for Nuts poker gift offer everything was OK but now for Winnerpoker something is wrong

Isn´t it like that with gift offers that you create your account trough BRM´s link + bonus code. IF it is like that then karstenkloss couldn´t have had any points on his account before starting offer...
Hope you the best of luck of getting that gift shame on brm if they won´t pay gift to an innocent poker player who has earned the needed points.

Hi,today is weekend starts and if BRM do something in monday it will be 9 days minimal to get my points for Winnerpoker gift offer,BRM said that they need 2-4 days for gift offer but it seems it will be 2 weeks
shame on brm if they won´t pay gift to an innocent
