Hiya mobsters, last night I went to see The Prodigy live!.. The "Invaders Must Die" tour made a stop here in Greece and I went to the gig... I can't really find the words to describe it... The best live experience in my life... About two hours non-stop right-in-your-face action, jumping up & down inside a sea of bodies... The playlist was f*ckin' awesome, I think they even added a couple of numbers to it, the crowd was delirious, the sound was perfect, the lights and everything else was very professional... I can't wait to see them again... Funny thing that this came only 3 days after Placebo played here a rather lazy and only 50 minute show that got many thumbs down from many people (although I'm a fan)...
Has anyone of you seen any Prodigy shows? Did you like it like I did? Which was the best live gig you've ever attended and why did it make an impression on you? I'm sure there are many good shows out there, so spread the word folks...

I have seen Prodigy in may 2006 when Pendulum throw a life into them again with "Voodoo People"! I know exactly what you mean, I can honestly say I have never been on a sickest live event like thisone was. The arena it took place was "saku suurhall" in estonia and it was more than full. Usually its bout 15 000 people including VIP, but it was so full you nearly could walk in there lol, and people really were on delirium, jumping up during whole set
Now about gigs - LOL, i dont want to brag but I have seen basically every artist you could name whos been on scandinavia and balticum, starting with world known artists as Madonna or Elton and ending with old time rockers like Smokie, Sweet and Suzy Q. I have built stages in estonia, latvia, finland, lithuania and been runner in most of those big events witch always includes free vip pass and nice . My friend owns the biggest stage rental chain in estonia and another guy I know is the one who deals with the preformers itself - not so hard to get in lol.

...so, my friend Kristan, next time you get a free VIP pass, are you by any chance interested in exchanging my PRECIOUS mob points for that unworthy backstage pass ? hey, c'mon... don't say I didn't try...

LOL. But you know whats the thing with all the events usually. Last year when Madonna was on, the stage building took more than 2 days (including nights), so when the show is actually on itself you are so bored already of all this lol. I did watched it as it was really good and David Guetta was the warm up man there and his sets were also awesome, like always. But in most cases youre so tired after all this running around 2-3 days in a row you just want to get over with it and go to an afterparty to a club lol.
