dont think they will have something against you so they must have found something that will lead to such an action. did u ever make an account there in past? any1 else from ur family/ip address playing at their site? or if u had any trouble with any of other merge sites? but still a bit strange

Since they make money when you play, they're not going to close your account just for the fun of it. They must have closed (disabled) it because you violated something in their T&C's, either knowingly or unknowingly. Of course I guess there _could_ be a slight chance that it's a coincidence, but I'd think it's unlikely. And they're not going to tell you _what_ the problem is, because that would allow you to circumvent it next time if you're a bad guy up to no good.
The same happened to me a few months ago. My bankroll got approved,the points were on my account,next morning I wanted to log in and my account was suspended. I then contacted live support and got the same reply you did. After that I wrote an email to them and have yet to get a response
I don't have any problems on other merge rooms,and I never had Playersonly downloaded before I created my account through bankrollmob. To me that site is a big joke.

yeah its bit strange to close your account if you didnt do anything wrong,but who would know!like admin says,it could be that they have some reason to do!too bad for you!

wow that is crazy i would ask the big bet poker rep on here she always has the best info to give about the merge network maybe she could shed so light on the situation

cant even log in to my Big Bet anymore,,, i LOVE that room... Played a lot before and cashed out big. Now excluded with no info... What has happened to Merge??

Closed too. Created an account and waited for BRM approval, got the approval email, good news, and on the 1st opportunity tried to login and got he bad news.

My account is not closed, but I was approved too and no payment of points has been made. Here at BRM it states: Approved: Payment made to your account, you're ready to play. Request completed.
So yes I too am confused.

The Site Playersonly is a joke !
I get the Bankrollmob offer with the 5000 points, i played a Tournament with a buyin of 11$ , (paid with the points,)
After i take out 16 Players and was allone on top ( 100 of 150 players out,30 places paid) the stopped the tourney, cause of technical /payment reasons ???????
After checking the Lobby, it was the only one, that stopped ! I asked Support, and they tell me i get my points back... hell i was angry, cause place one , was realistic for me and would be a cash prize of 400 $...dawn never again thiz side..they call it Guaranted 1500$? Tournament!
(after some more player joined, they stopped the freerolls running all 2hours, now there are only 4freerolls of 200$ running in the middle of the night.,and not on Weekend)
