Bad support from merge network?  0   
I don´t know if i´m right but i think every merge site have the same support team. I have a account on reefer poker i think for more then 2 years and got no problem the last years, deposit a lot and cashes out much money had nice stats on the site. For 2 days i deposit only 10$ and have a nice run in two hour´s i was on 28$.
Then i registerd me for the 60cent fast´n´fifty sng but the table not open so i can´t play the sng but the buy in was paid from my account at the same time i played a doubble up with no problem.
I chat with the support and he sent it to the support team. I got a email that the site found not a problem and the problem is on my site and they do not refund my buy in. I write 3 emails for 60cent buyin lol but i´ve think i´ve paid equal of 60cent or 60$ and can not play so they must refund my money. I ask they told me the reason why i play the doubble up and not the 60cent but the only answer was that was my problem and i played every time 2-3 tables they must check only my account but i think nobody check this they sent only the same answer in 3 emails copy and paste support.
I my last email i write that i uninstall the software when i get not a correct answer and of they risk to lost a good costumer for 60cent but only the same answer as before. So i risk the last 25$ on slots i want play no more on the site and need 50$ to cashout but i lost but this is not a problem for me. I deposit next time on p k r.
So i say i play never more on a merge site maybe with a nodeposit but no more deposit on merge. The most other site´s have say sorry for that and sometimes they give you a ticket or extra cash when you have a problem but in 100% they refund 60 cent for a 2year costumer

Yeah thats pretty petty not to refund .60 cents. I am sorry for your troubles, and wish you the best where ever you play poker at. Smile

Bad, bad, bad.

Players Only blocking users who just created an account and waited for the BRM offer without interacting with the account, is not nice. Giving automated answers to users with that problem is a pure non-sense.

this is not good for the poker community; you should have posted the name of the site, so that brm members would be aware of the site... Blink

very bad, above all because it was 0.60 (and this is the strange aspect as well) ...

I cannot imagine what could happen with higher buyins Confused

not big buy in and so much probblems better no play higher becouse they just stole all money and say sorry but we have some problems and u llnever have chance back your money again Smile

It's hard to say about whole Merge Network... but i tried 2 of them and on both support was lazy and slow so i clicked yes.

oh, if you think, merge/reefer has a bad support team, you have never been playing on BWIN (ongame network), this is NO SUPPORT, it is just to f.u. ... whatever you right, you get a standard answer, but never, ever a solution. and answers, if you get one, take 2-3 days..
does not matter, if you want to balace details , if you want to a refund or what ever. FORGET THEM
In relation, this situation seems bad be sure... there are at least on support worser Smile

i have had great luck with the support from merge they alway got my money too me fast and replied fast

i too had bad experiences with the merge support, not regarding any lost buyin. i asked their representative few questions i wanna clear but she started blabbering all sorts of nonsense which i didna wanna hear.
