I appled for a bonus at VCPoker,I was reading the documents you had to upload,I remember the bonus I received was DEPOSIT $25,RECEIVE $25. I found,you had to upload your PASSPORT #! That was suppose to confirm your age,they told me a DRIVER'S LICENCE was Sufficent,so I sent it,then they told me it had to be a passport #,so they declined my Bonus. So I complained and told them,SUPPORT said a DRIVERS LICENCE was okay,then another time SUPPORT said it was NOT okay. Anyways I finally received my Bonus,but they told me,a passport# is required,has anyone else had this problem? I thought iwas was strange they wanted my passport#,not everyone has one!

I 've had exactly the same problem (ID instead of passport, that wasnt initally asked) and i got no bonus so far. I'm expecting whether bankrollmob can do something about this. The problem is, in my opinion, that a passport (even if u have it) contains much more sensitive information that an ID card
Have the same problem, uploaded my drivers licence and rejected I can't understand why must passport so they lose a lot of players and we some bonus money

The better is to give more than one possibility to age confirming. I know a lot of players with 30 and 40 years old who dont even have drivers license, but they always send water or gas bills, and, if it is in their names, that means they are over 18.

Yea but they want "international passport..." I also tried to get this NDB + gift offer both at once but also got rejected. They don't want the ID... only passport nothing else. Everyone know they made that LARGE no deposit bonus only to get more players so they can work out better deal when going to entraction. Now they don't care much because deal is made so they don't need anymore free players.

In my opinion this is the stupidest rule on the world! If somebody live in UE, doesn't use passport! Second, not all have passport! Only an idiot could invent something like that!!!

I sent copy of my passport, they asked for front and back side..... I complained and told them them that it is red on backside.... and wondered shy they wanted it.
Seems like they reject everything til you complain......
End of story was I got my bonus and now love to play at VC

as I can remember,I didnt put any copy of document on any poker site!not 100 % sure,but think I didnt!I just need to put my document here on BRM and on bookmakers sites,but cant remember that was on poker!passport is best document for them to see your data,but this is silly that they want first driving licence,then its not good,they want passport!they should tell you at first time,what they want!
"not everyone has passport#" Depends on the country. If you don't have a passport you may not be eligible to play poker ('coz you're too young). And you may not have any drivers license even if you're really old guy.

in our country this case is very much easier to explain... see.. some of our drivers license age were faked to be able to reach the required age for a license..

now thei need and require id so u ll must send to them if u want to have bonus but if u arent 18 years old just play in over poker rooms there they didnt ask for the passport or driving license good luck all

i send my passport and support say its ok, after few days i recieve a email that they want from me my international passport but i haven't intrenational pass, its so wierd

An invalid passport? Do ypu mean expired ? Or false? lol I think the point is to prove your age and identity, but dont know if u get a bonus if your passport expired...

Its expired. I think so too, but knowing the force will hinder the action. It seems that I have no other choice;/. I have to send invalid passport:/.
