It says with bold and italic letters below the prize that please allow up to two weeks for prizes to be issued/processed, so that's probably why you didn't hear anything within one day

It's just because when people win a free prize, we'd expect them to at least act on it (claim it) within 24 hours, so that we are also able to know whether or not the prize should be used for another day if the initial winner doesn't care to claim it.
