i have been trying for the players-only ndb as u all know and thought ein was going fine as i had done ein correctly and i try 2log-in today to the players-only site to see my account has been suspended,lol, and to contact support,its always the same with these ndbs and i will not be referring anymore ppl 2this site if this is what they have to go through as its embarassing,im telling people about all these ndbs 2try and help them out and iv had some moaning about the hassle but just thought they hadnt done something correctly so i thought id try and get the ndb from players-only as BRM had e-mailed me asking why i wasnt taking up these offers and wanted2show how easy it would be but now i see what they are moaning about due to trying to get the players-only ndb myself,i have been telling people this is a respectable site and how u dont get mucked about but i give up,just aswel i have a b/roll but il not be referring anymore ppl here if this is the service they can expect!

Some of these NDBs work well and some don't. It is good to bring this to the attention of BRM but in the end, do you want to deal with poker rooms that are already difficult to deal with in these first stages? Do you want to deposit with them or trust that you will be able to withdraw later? Those sites that have not honoured their NDB offers with me are simply blacklisted. Others have worked out well and have earned my trust with their professionalism and ease of use. Try a different NDB here.

BRM are the ones who are e-mailing me and asking why i dont take up these ndbs but when i tell people about them they say the hassle is unreal so i tried myself on players-only and the hassle iv had is unreal,BRM have to take some responsibility here as this isnt the 1st time this has happened,it happened with 888poker aswel but my point is im referring ppl to BRM and saying its a hassle free site when its far from it as i have now found out myself.i know theres always gonna be delays,etc but the hassle just with this in the last week is terrible service and i now know why e1 i referred has been moaning about it,BRM should try and do something about this as its not a 1-off situation midnight 1954!

yeah,i agree mahdrof but its people i refer to BRM are coming back to me and saying its not worth the hassle trying to get these ndbs and its making me look bad when all im trying2do is try help them get a wee bonus thats why i tried getting it myself from players-only and previously with 888poker and have got none and i now understand their frustration as BRM isnt great for support,i dont even know who to contact to say about it,if any1 does please tell me as its now embarassing!

I tried for the Players Only bonus a while ago and it didn't work. The poor customer service at 888 is legendary, look it up and you will find numerous complaints. I have played there off and on over the years and I know this first-hand. It's too bad this hasn't worked out for you and you feel embarassed when your friends tell you it's not worth the hassle. When a NDB works it is lots of fun and a good way for the poker site to get cheap exposure. I don't blame you for not wanting to refer any more NDBs.

Hahahaha.... emailing you... You accepted to be emailing so don't complain. You don't need to read emails if you don't want to. Also you don't need to aply for the no deposit bonus... Most important... read what other people say about the no deposit before you try to take it. Much ppl complain about players only... u don't want to? Don't take it = easy. I would never go to some Poker Room which i don't know if it's 100% safe.

Whatever issues you might have with Players Only, surely you cannot expect us to fix that - or blame us. Now that you have requested the bonus, we'll send a list to them within a day with your username on it. Then Players Only will go through the list and get back to us regarding who received the bonus - if there's an issue with your Players Only account, then I don't think they'll issue the bonus to you and they'll just tell us "no bonus", and nothing else we can do.
You write that your Players Only account has been suspended - which is not our fault, so I would appreciate it if you don't talk bad about us about your account with a different site. I hope your bonus request will be approved but if your account is suspended with them, then I highly doubt it - I mean, what would be the point, if you can't login and play with your bonus...?
ahhhh things like this bring back memorys when i first started here, yes i was the same (but not as bad as you ) at blaming one poker site , erm..was my 2nd post and think it was poker770, tony spanked my ass and told me off but at least i gave it about 1 week b4 i complained, tony says you have only requested it today so just give it a few more days, b4 ranting off my friend in the end it will be sorted also please dont blame Bankrollmob, this site offers alot to people and like you said you didnt know that you had to send in detais here to claim the bonuses so in future read all the terms and cons of a bonus, so really it was your own fault.......
bankrollmob will help you get this bonus and others i wish you gl

I find service here very good .... in fact all i do if i need help is post in Bankrollmob section of forum and put Question for Tony as the Thread heading ... and 99% of the times he gets back to me with a answer ....
still find this site to be the best around ... im a member of two others ... one which i havent used in years and probably wont be again the other is quite good .... and has some things offered that i cant get here .... but this site is the first site i visit every day and also the site i visit the most often.

And its not casino, so if you get it, and lose it fast"easy come, easy go" then somebody else will cash it out, so for pokersite its not free money to throw away.

I have just positive things to say about players only. requested my bonus and got it 2 days later. Contacted them on live chat and got answer right away on my questions. Theres only one thing I have to complain about and thats the withdrawal options. Only bank transfer and netteller. No moneybooker

tony,if u read my threads i didnt say brm was to blame,i know things take time,i said thats to be expected but im referring people and theyre telling me about the hassle so i thought id try myself as i thought they had done something wrong but its been unreal the hassle,i now understand where they are coming from,BRM e-mailed me asking why i wasnt taking advantage of these ndbs for which im grateful for but when i try its always something or another,i myself didnt even bother with ndbs,i try2help people out and tell them about this site and theyre coming back to me and its a little embarassing,i know things take time but theres people that are doing what they are asked and still getting mucked about,im not on here saying that BRM was to blame,i said maybe BRM should try and have a word with these sites and see if they could sort something out as its not just me thats had problems,im just trying to refer more people to this site and maybe they can get a little bonus but when they come back and ask me if im winding them up,then its a little bit embarassing tony,thats all im saying and because theres no support got back to my e-mails im wondering whats going on with this,iv referred plenty people to this site and its always been a decent wee site,thats why this latest carry-on with the ndbs has been so annoying,surely it must annoy you too tony,its your site i think!

haha,wtf are u talking about,whos talking about poker rooms being 100% safe stupid and if i dont accept e-mails then il not see anything im subscribed to or get to read your great posts,lol.i didnt accept any e-mails directly from BRM,they obviously had my e-mail address and seen i wasnt taking these ndbs and e-mailed asking why i wasnt taking advantge so read all the threads before commenting in future,lol!

BRM works just as an affiliate site, pretty gud one at that tho you want a no-deposit bonus, poker sites wants new players; BRM just provides you a platform for you two to connect. whole process is done manually so it can take upto two weeks, so ppl need to have patience. regarding support, frm my experience and what i've seen in forum they do all they can to help ppl out. if they not replying for long its cause they waiting from poker site to reply and sort out ur details. rather than sending u automated emails like most of the sites, brm support is actually working trying to help you. if you dnt get a bonus because you didnt follow instructions properly or poker site found problems with your account , nothing BRM can do cos their job is forwarding people's account names. its the poker sites who have to give you the bonus.. and if u have problem with 1-2 bonuses, u can try others i got 2-3 bonus from this site and they got approved without a problem. and for me BRM remains the best site for ndb

@supernoob - if it takes up to 2 weeks then it's because something went wrong in the process, because usually it only takes 2-3 days from request to having the money in your account (on average, since some bonuses are instant, some are within the same day, some might take 4 days and so on).
@BRADYboy - we've been doing this for about 10 years and trust me, if there was a way we could do it better/easier, we would Unfortunately, for many poker sites, we are their first experience with offering such no deposit bonuses. Some of the sites we offer bonuses for are running very smooth because they've been offering no deposit bonuses through BankrollMob for years.
In the process, lots of things can go wrong. The worst is when someone is "not tracked", because not all sites are offering bonuscodes during signup but rely only on a link that the user must sign up through. But if the user might already have visited the poker site from a different link, he might not be tracked to us - or maybe his browser didn't accept cookies properly or it expired or something. It's hard to know and it's even harder to explain to angry customers when we have to tell them "sorry, they say you're not signed up through our link, so you can't get the bonus."

its bad to beahve like this and to say you wouldnt recommend BRM to anybody!you have to all facts first,not just to judge!remember that all that BRM doing you get for free,from ND bonuses up to mob safe and mob draw,so you dont have to spend a single penny for all of this,just need to spend your time!
