You had the upper hand and got a little unlucky, but your hand was not that strong to begin with. He was pot-committed and as long as he hit the board on the flop he was then okay to call your post-flop shove when he only had $6.63 left for a potential $59.00 pot.

though i do agree you were ahead at flop and calling allin by ur opponent was a bad move but i think both of you played that hand bad. you overplayed your hand and these kinds of beats are bound to happen in omaha Blink

If your hand is strong, and the betting has not indicated a set, then I may possibly call a push. But without more betting details (dont think the cards matter too much here, aside from high v low possible PP's), it's tough to say, and especially with out any history on the players.
