Happy new year everybody!
Belive it or not, but I _was_ actually home alone at the arrival of the new year!
But it was by own choise, my wife and a couple of her friends had a dinner here (me included) and then they went to a party, which I was invited to, but since I had decided to be sober, after a very though christmas, it didn't really feel lika an option.
I have always felt that Newyears Eve is very much the night of the amateures, the ones who can't hold their liquer, start screaming, brawling, with their girls locked into the bathroom (blocking it), crying their eyes out over nothing with mascara runnig down their cheeks.
Much like the night school ended for the summer, when one was younger...
Nope, give me any fridaynight, rather than this round up of amateur drunks.
My two cents. But I hope you all had a good time!
(Besides, beeing sober and playing poker against retards on Newyears Eve is pretty EV+)
