Ive just tryed to login to partypoker and they have closed my account down , i had over $150 in it , ive email them to say what up and waiting for a reply, but also i request a cash of $51 worth of mob points to party poker about 3 days ago and was wondering can you cancel that pleaseand put it back into my mob account, untill i find out why they have closed my account down, cause i dont want to lose that money either regards a very worryed dozn01

i mean come why would i request my account to be closed down 1= i have over $150 in my poker account 2= ive just requested a cash out from bankrollmob.com for $51 3= i have nearly completed my bonus there for another $25 4= they have a good promo starting there tomorra,
im gutted this must be a mistake on there part obviosly, ive just email them saying i didnt request my account to be close open it back up please, see what reply i get but i want my cash from here to be cancelled as i dont want that to go through as my account at party poker is closed at the mo dont wanna lose that,

dozn01; request account balance info / time & date closed. This may give you a little direction as to what happened. I believe if you were hacked there will be no $$ left. If $$ was withdrawn it had to go somewhere. They need to provide this info and can't understand how they close account if $$ is in without feedback as to where you would direct your funds. Wish ya luck man!
well ive got a message from bankrollmob that they have cancelled my cashout, so ive got my (points) money back, cheers bankrollmob
but i hope i aint been hacked, gonna sent them a another email to see if my account was really hacked, to see if my money was chip dumped to another player and then closed down?? am at my wits end here been through alot lately in my personal life, was just getting things back to normal. then this happens

hang on its the same fooking email they sent to me b4 i getting messed around here , so basicly what are they telling me my account closed down forever, and i carnt get information about that account no more?
what about my funds my bonus and my points , also gutted about the bankrollmob freerolls there carnt even play them, anyone with suggestions on what to do, not much else i can do was it because i never deposited on that site??

really strange, never heard party poker close accounts of people like that and dont see any reason they should pulloff something without anything happening. maybe account hacked or did u leave ur puter on logged in partypoker?

WOW! Man you are in trouble! Call them... Tell them that you didnt request to close tour account, let them check IP address or mail from which request was sent...There must be some kind of solution... Unless you asked them to close your account like you did here and you thought they will open it again? In that case forget money and account...

why dont u try there forums? dont they have live chat support on there maybe that will help u a little better. if that doesnt work u can use my accout to talk 2 them i dont use it never have. do they have a complaints thing there if u email them they may get back to u quicker as they dont like bad feed back???

Definitely call them, be sure to say you believe you are a victim of fraud. Fraud is a key word that will get their attention, it's a hot button issue that they won't want thrown back at them.
Then they may help you find out if money was withdrawn prior to closing for help gambling. I suspect it was, as if you were hacked this is a good way to cover tracks.

this is very sick !I hope you at least will get some explanation from them,not this 2 mails like some child write them!just wonder does anybody else on party poker have this problem and closed account or its just you!who knows what the hell they doing with players accounts!hope that you are not only person who have tis kind problem!somehow I dont believe that its hacked!

Did you used any kind of credit card instead of MB or Neteller? thats what prob caused it or you have 2 accounts. Not sure theyd permanently ban your account otherwise, would they
