Its probably all about statistics ... if 99/100 people from Bulgaria who have taken a NDB doesnt make a deposit afterwards it simply isnt good business to have the offer open to Bulgarian players.

maybe you should ask this to poker sites, cos its them who decide which players are allowed for bonuses not BRM dnt be down, my country is restricted to most too but new offers keep coming and u'll be eligible for some of them
