Have been taking a break and taken my roll off PKR - for a week. Anyway, was playing through some satellite tickets I had and cash out $8.25 for bubbling a Masters Stage2 game. Anyway, figured I'd play some HU and see if I could build a Buyin for a decent game.. Anyway, I realised just before I hadn't lost a game all day - so checked my results and I'm currently 15/15 (and still no loss)!!

W00t! Wonder how high I can take it.

Statistically the chances of "fluking" 15 in a row are 1 / 2^15
or 32,768:1

So pretty good.

and not out

17 in row - still not out

FYI: jessthehuman on PKR - my sharkscope is NOT locked - so once it updates this will be verifiable.

Big congrats, thats actually a very good performance. I admit it must be both good luck but also a very good play. It's just me or heads up sngs are becoming very popular in the poker world right now?
Many of my friends and many poker players started to play heads up sngs. I admit this type of game can be very profitable but in the same tife you can also get a lot of variance, so you almost need to respect strictly the bankroll management.
In the same time i think the hu sng with 5 dollars or higher buy ins are the most profitable, since the rake is a bit too high on lower stakes like 2 or 3 dollars.
Now kepp us the good job. What strategy do you apply on your game? Aggressive, tight?

Never doubt that you can make such good result. Too bad I wasnt on PKR to cheer for you in that 18th game Sad And too bad that was not step HU Cool You would have some really nice money on your account.
Hope you will have at least 20 in next row! GL my friend Blink

That's pretty darn impressive. I need to make up a win streak as large as that. You said you were hoping to build up to something good, did you manage to earn enough to buy into something? If so, what? And how did you fair.

Haha - I had another mate who decided to pop in and PLAY me the prick, I was worried because he a very good player, lucky I hit a set of jacks against his 2 pair on the flop and fucked him up.

For the $3 ones, fairly loose passive seems to work. Most people just donate their chips. I've played quite a few $20/$30/$50 HU sngs also- for these you need to be pretty loose-aggressive.
