Hello thinking of making a little deposit on pkr, just wanted to see how many of you guys play there and your general thoughts on the site would be nice.

good site lots of good people on it but it is a bit of a fish fest imo but there is also lots of good players. I would say out all the sites you can get the best laugh at PKR, not bad tourneys to its one of my fav sites but dont play there much anymore just go on to play with some people sometimes for a laugh

Gotta be a fish to win or really lucky got the no depo tickets and got f'd with my aces on a 11 single table, and sucked out by AJ against my AQ in a termminator tourny was late in game and chip leader shoved me preflop only reason i called she had play 11 out of 15 hands turned a J. It was also late in the game blinds were 300 /600 had 4.3 k
Have just saw 2 tourney 11$ tickets in my cashier and played 1 deepstack 6-max SnG...
awesome graphics and lots of nice players...
2 fish 2 regulars 1 sit out 1 me...
i made second place and accumulate 18$ on real account. and one more ticket left =)
gonna say it's pretty fun, and i had lot of pleasure saying looser! to the fishes when my AA > 88 > QQ DD that poker looks like a mini 3d game to enjoy it, so i think it would be hard to multi table cash there...
but play 1 SnG is awesome, just awesome see ya on the tables...
and btw i got one question: what's withdrawal rules there? one min deposit and you can freely use this method to withdraw all bankroll out of there?)
i ask it cause PKR is just a game of pleasue, not a game of making money. i'd better play 4 MTT on a PS or FTP at a time in someway

never played there but seen my friend play on PKR. software is good but requires good computer and hard to multitable. competition is pretty soft and easy to win there if you know how to play. definitely worth a try

I play 6-tables on PKR very comfortably. 9 is a bit of a stretch though on 24" screen.

you will have ZERO trouble playing only 4 tables at once on PKR. That isn't very much. You can certainly make money on PKR also. I'm up around $3k on PKR MTT. Doomdy is up about a million and my mate RooSay on PKR just come third in the masters for $10K

PKR is a really good site. Good graphics and regular reload bonuses. The MTT schedule is pretty nice too in my oppinion.
Only thing is that the gameplay on PKR is slower than on other sites,meaning less hands per hour/blind level. I'm playing on a 15" laptop,so it's not a site for me. To make it fun with the slow gameplay I would have to multitable,however,with my small screen I can only play 2 tables properly.
But I'd suggest you to try it and see yourself. It's a deposit-worthy site.

great post. Yeh - I sometimes play on my lappy also - and 2 tables is really the limit. Sometimes I do 4 and i regret it lol

PKR seems like a good site! I just won two 6 players sit & gos with my tickets so I'm up to 84$. I've withdrawed it, see if it works... If it does ill probably deposit some money there, I really like the fact that you have to look at your hand when you're not sure about it (or when you want other players to think so)!
Players on "speed" tables were big fishes, ive only seen 2 (too) tight players yet... One guy randomly went all in 2 hands in a row with 16-18 BBs. First time I limped/folded Q-10 suited, second time I limped A-Q, the guy had K-9 of clubs and shoved it again... flop came A-Q-3 with no clubs hehe

The graphics and feel of the site is awesome but you can't play multi tables and the site is very very hungry on resources and takes a lot of band witdth. On my old computer i could not even have msn up and pkr at same time. So unless you have top of the range latest computer and a very fast connection don't bother. If you like multi table play to don't bother but if you like fancy graphics and the 3 d effects and other gismo pkr have then its a puker site for you.
