Hi! I received a mail from Titan Poker. Talking about "shasta tables" where you can play for free... But I wanna know more... Is easy to get in those tables? What time do they starts? thx!

I goggled it and there are tables low and 0 price... free tables gets a winner of 10 cents... it's only one table of 10 people.. so it's not bad at all for those (like me) who play for fun... but I still don't know the time when you can play on them... Sorry i made a mistake... I mistake Titan with Everest Poker... It's on Everest Poker... and now I can't change the subforum =(

shasta tables are 10-handed sng: so you can play them whenever you want, three people are paid respectively $ 0.05 $ 0.03 $ 0.02. Be aware they are FIXED LIMIT HOLDEM so it takes almost on hour to finish. You can play as many as you want.
Besides shasta there are also Sixty sngs: 120 men SNGs six-handed fixed limit holdem tables where ten people are paid with the following prizes structure: $0.18 $0.12 $0.08 $0.05 $0.05 $0.04 $0.03 $0.02 $0.02 $0.01

thx both of you =) megatt966 that's what I needed to know! I'll see if I can win some money there... It would be better if there were no limit... but I guess that would be ending with people playing all in till win...

I've built rolls a couple times from those back in the day, they are VERY slow games.. as magatt says, they take around an hour to complete (slow blinds, fixed limit - slow software). However - you can multitable as many you you like. I used to play around 10 at a time and I would generally win about 6 of them and often place in the others, just from playing ultra tight.
They also have an excellent range of ultra-micro buyin SNGs (5c, 10c, 20c, etc) to play once you get a few cents

I'll try them if I get bored from Party Poker... But yesterday I get one seat for I don't know what... but it's cost $15, so I'm happy lol... For now I'll stay in PP =)

I only know Shasta SnGs at Everest Poker. Price pool is 10 cent (5,3,2), but they are fixed limit, so a tourney can take a while, even if Everest has no cap, if only two players remain in a hand.

I'm playing on this tables right now... it's pretty easy, but I have a slow computer, and it's impossible playing on Everest Poker in more than one table... I never has that trouble on this computer on Full Tilt Poker or PartyPoker, but the problem could be a connection problem... but only with Everest poker...

Last time i played on everest it was more than 2 yrs ago and as far as i remember there were no problems playing 3-4 tables. make sure ur antivirus/ firewall not blocking it and might be due to your slow computer.

Yes I did play on everest poker also like one and a half year ago, but they changed all the interface, it's much more heavy... but still doesn't run slow, the slow thing is apparently from internet... but I do have a fast connection... and it's the only poker soft that give me that kind of troubles...

its to bad there not NL could sign up for a s**t load of them and just go allin everyhand eventually ud win some...on pkr they have somthing like that but i think u can only play if ur balance is under 1$..still not bad if u go bankrupt and wanna play some poker for fun. way better then play money lol

Yep someone mention it on other post (or maybe on this one) about those sitNgo of pkr but also say that you can no play more than one table (you can do it on everest, unless you have my connection problem) and in pkr those tables are also pot limit.

Sorry but every time I see the name Shasta, I am transported back in time to the early 80s, I am twelve years old, my older brother has left for the evening with friends, and I sneak into his room to go through his stash of porn magazines. Ms. Shasta Lindstrom was one of my faves, got to love that hairdo thirty years later!
