Hi,I play at Part poker,casino and bingo.Last year I made over 50 deposits and withdrawal,always with same VISA card and never had problems, but before few days i want to withdraw some funds and they ask me to upload photos of my ID,I do that yesterday and send them e-mail with same photos. Now I want to ask did someone do the same thing in last days and how many days you must wait to pay-pro and Party verify that and you can deposit and withdraw without problems,thank you.

Hi.. i dont yet try to cashout but they ask me to send them a copy of any document for identity clarification. so i send them my stundent licensed and after about 36 hours. they reply me and said that my account is now verified and i lift the limitation of cashout

Expect 5-7days, but chances are it will be much quicker. Just so you dont run in to this problem again do it as soon as you start a new site, saves a lot of hastle.

So far in all verifications i had from various sites none took more than 2 days. And Party Poker has a good support especially when regards cashier matters.

dont know about party but most sites do the verification in 3-4 days max if images u send them dont have any problem. and dnt worry must be a random security check, gl

Hi,thanks guys,before few hours they send me e-mail and they say verification is over and they raise my limits and now i can play,deposit and withdrawal like I want,about 36 hours and everything is over, that's it

I love how poker rooms are always ready and willing to accept as many deposits as you want, with not so much as a peep about ID verification, and they usually have a 24/7 support line to assist with deposit issues, but the second you go to withdraw you have to jump through a million hoops and usually the only available avenue of communcation is via e-mail.

Yes,when they accept deposits nobody ask you nothing,but with withdrawal is hard to they that they must give some funds,it's always like that on every site

They should have the exact same rules for deposits and withdrawals. You want to see an ID? Ask for it before you accept the deposit. And that must be a rule forced from all those stupid regulations authorities to all the sites.

Well if you use neteller for a withdrawel from PP you have it in your account within an hour, 2 hours max. So i guess it depends on wich withdrawel method you use.

but some times you have young ppl playing poker ... they need to confirm
of course, it would be a illegal to pay a under aged player his winnings... so, shouldn't it also be illegal to collect his deposit from his daddy's credit card?

I only deposited two times at Party and never problems with that. Unfortunately, i never got to withdraw because i always spent it all But, i dont know if it can have something to do with the problem you have, but recently they start a new campaign and advertised it through email, in order to deposit and gain a new deposit bonus (only to do with PartyP, nothing related with BRM) and perhaps it can be related with the difficulties you are having. But sure is strange for, after so many activity with the same data from you, they now decide to ask for confirmation of your id...

Yes Fakiry,that is what was strange for me because in last 3-4 month I do minimim 20-30 deposits and withdrawals all with same VISA card and all be over for 1 minut,and before 1 week they don't want to withdraw to me but they ask to upload my ID to them,who knows why they check now.

What i meant was for them to ask the documents they need before accepting the deposit vandar. When you are making the deposit you are an adult and legit and when you try to cash out you are a minor and a criminal?
