DoJ takes action against Mege Network !?  0
Found the following in the Net:

Subject: Poker has recently been told of planned US Department of Justice action against the Merge Gaming Network or some part of it.

According to our sources, the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland plans to seize the assets of payment processors who facilitated transactions between the Merge Network and its US customers. It is unclear exactly which payment processors are reportedly being targeted, whether indictments are planned in addition to seizures, or whether the DOJ intends to seize domain names as well.

Hopefully this will not end like FT.

wont be a surprise if they are targeted by DoJ but dont think it would have that much effect as players wont have large amounts stuck there.
anyway its just a rumor, lets see what happens

They did the start so why stopping in a few sites when they can seize money from every site opertaing in US?
I dont think they will leave any site without doing their best to get their money.

This was inevitable really, i mean all us poker players should know that this would happen to any site that operates in us right now eventually...

Still, i think it's pretty wird to take actions against these sites without a online gambling law in us...

We'll see what happens but i think already players ordered cash out now Sad
