If it doesn't work it probably means your country is not eligible. Which is very weird in my opinion, but I wouldn't recommend playing there because the chances you would be getting banned if your country is not eligible is pretty big.

you can download it ..but you can t get the bonus noisecore..i am from a non eligible country and i can play wherever i want ...but no bonuses for me

so he can use the proxy ...i don t think a poker platform would ban a country from download ..they loose money..
