- do a new uninstall.
- then remove the folder C:/windows/installer/{AC05AC51-5E65-448C-B555-CF956768B76C} (maybe you have got a different foldername or a similar one, just check if the "ARPPRODUCTION" file is there, then it is the right one) reverse the slash in the pathname, for some reason the message editor here doesn´t accept my backslash
- also do a scan for any additional "High Pulse" folders on your system partition and delete them. there must be at least one under your local settings
- search for any existing registry entries of High Pulse and delete them (be sure to backup your registry for safety reasons)
- restart the system
- install again with a clean downloaded version
besides all of this, could it be that there´s an error on your harddisk partition or that you are running out of free diskspace? maybe a checkdisk run would help.
