The strange thing is, as far as I can tell - none of his posts in that thread have even been edited by admin.. So whatever he was banned for, is apparently still OK for everyone to see
Unless of course I am missing something, which may well be the case..

lol who the hell has eleted my post Anyways,he told me on skype that he had been banned for the thread he made in the night of 1st jan. Very poor administration by whoever deleted my post and whoever deleted him without stating so in the thread...

hmmm strange wonder what happened, i got banned last month for nothing it was just something that got flagged up and i got banned its maybe same thing or something like it i dont know.
I just read that thread i have a feeling i know why he been banned pretty harsh if im right

Because it's none of your business, to be honest. There are certain members who can't get along on this forum. They were both warned, but still they managed to keep at it, and now they have both been banned once. Hopefully this is the last of it, otherwise the next ban will be much longer.

Very poor reason to ban someone for giving someone a nickname while being drunk,lol. Also poor of the said person to report jovi for this,cant take a joke? I'm fairly sure it wasnt even him having a go on you,he was just joking. I found it funny btw,lol If someone's finding nicknames (even if they sound a little harsh) similar to my username I'd rather laugh at the idea rather than getting pissed,especially when in this example the person was obv. not even "credible"
Also,fights (well there wasnt even a fight,but just saying in general) in forums are just a standard thing,you wont find a poker forum (except the small private ones with like 10 people) without any arguing or fighting,it's just a normal process and shouldnt be fought,especially on here when there isnt even a pm option or sharing private contact details allowed so that people could fix their "issues" with each other by themself.

It's good that you have it that way and I'm sure many people are too, and that's also the best thing. But in this case, both parties were warned before and I'm tired of wasting my time on keeping an eye on people after they have already been warned, so if they don't listen, the ban hammer will fall. Simple as that.

So does R.I.P. have a certain time limit on it or is the ban permanent until (and if ever) lifted by the powers that be? Hope he'll be back and willing to play safe, he's a good member. Liked the band he recommended (S.A.R.S) was pretty good.
