I was wondering how many players play the (Party Poker) freerolls?
I know that in any one tournament, there are about 600 players, but the leaderboard displays only the top 200 overall. I have no idea of how many players actualy participate (it can be anything between 800 (the max nr of players I can remember in one tournament) and 377268 (the number of BRM members)...
Does anyone know? Or can someone that won only $0.01 tell what position they finished in the leaderboard?
Hmmm... Too bad; It would have been nice to be able to gauge my performance; 76 out of 200 is pretty bad considering I played about 50% of the available tournaments. I'd feel better if there were 2000+ players in the competition.
Posted by Administrator: Well, there are definitely more than 200 players, but only top 200 is shown, as you know. So what if you're 76 out of 300,000? That's pretty good
It is settled: from now on that's what I wil tell my friends an family!

The best 200 of all players are in the monthly leaderboard. Off course, there are a lot of more players at you can see in the leaderboard. But only the best 200 can participate at the winnings.

On a side note regarding Poker Stars freerolls......I just laugh now....every hand is all in by password theives. You'll get luck to wait and play a real hand. If you notice sometimes the thieves have multiple accounts and just go allin with hopes of hitting a hand...else they switch over to one of their other alias names and keep trying. If you think it's good exposure that's one thing..but 99% are password thieves who have no intent on joining BRM.
Getting pathetic yet hilarious.
My advice is to wait till the thieves(mosty Russians go to bed...9pm eastern is a somewhat decent tourny...only2000 players or so.....

I don't think the poker skill is very important in freerolls if you ask me, i know many players on freerolls just go all with every handat beginning to make a decent stack...
If they are eliminated in the process they have nothing to lose.
