Hello, my problem is I do not let me withdraw money highpulse. I made my first deposit I send my documents, identity card, driver's license, proof of service to my address. they say they are not valid, and now they ask me passport I have not passport, I never left my country. and I do not pay. I can only report them anyone can help me here? some manager? Bye and thanks

i dont have passport and never had a problem at any site, license works everytime. did they tell you why your id docs are invalid? maybe they are in a different language than english?

I was never asked for ID on highpulse and cashed out several times. That sucks granvigua! Are you trying to cash out a large amount? If so, that might be the reason. Try cashing out a smaller amount as a test, like 20 euros, see if it works

Yes they have changed there stance on everything, BRM gave them new players and they gave everyone the run around. So I don't know what's going on with them but anyway's BRM has given so much to us and we support BRM by playing on the poker room's that help BRM stay a float.

Definitely something wrong there if they are requesting a passport. Hell, a passport is used for leaving the country. If you are native to Argentina send them a copy of your birth certificate. If that don't pacify them then I'd keep complaining, but make sure you have thoroughly read all their withdrawal policies so your sure they're doing you wrong. Good Luck!

How can they say it’s not valid. You have showed documents with your picture on, right? Is the value that you are trying to withdraw higher than the one you deposited? I believe probably it is, but perhaps you could try, first, to withdraw only the amount you deposited. This little scheme can be your justification for future withdrawals. If they allow this, then, in the future, they will have to allow other withdrawals. In High Pulse you didn’t got any bonus, it all was money that you earned at the tables plus the one you deposited so, it is all yours.

touchy touchy touchy subject. I have two pieces of government issued photo id. a passport and a Ministry of Public Safety and Security ID. The first i wouldnt, the second i shouldnt.
I understand the need for verifying id as most of us can only imagine how plundered this site would be if no verification was done. That being said to me personally its not worth the risk. I wonder who has control of all the FTP documents.... hmmm...

I got my vallet stolen 2 times. So what? You go and make new ones. I dont understand all that fear of etc... Hell your facebook has everything one might find on a document why the fuss?
