Administration; hope you can help me with this! I attempted to cashout 5000 Mob Points and received an e-mail stating the e-mail address I have registered with moneybookers was incorrect or the account number.

Only request from BRM when cashing to Moneybookers is the e-mail address I have registered with them (moneybookers). I provided the only e-mail address I have listed / registered through moneybookers so could there be another problem that has been an oversight or not listed?

Please advise! Thanks

You should probably try again - if the cashout was rejected then the points is back in your account, so I can't have them try again.

Yes the points were back in my account! I have submitted again to Moneybookers and the same request did appear asking for my e-mail that is registered through moneybookers. I typed in the same e-mail I use at moneybookers so I guess we'll just wait to see what happens.

Hi,Greenmohave go to Moneybookers site and try to log in and you will see if that is correct e-mail ,2nd do you just open your Moneybookers account,do you validate your account.
I cashout before few days and money was on my account for 4 hours and I never had problems with Moneybookers,that is strange if you use correct e-mail Confused

Went back in and verified my e-mail address is correct and I don't know what is going on since I have now been rejected for a 2nd time. Also, I've had this account for several months although I've never tried to deposit to it. Going to do more investigating to find out what's up. Thanks for letting me know!

Well! I don't know what to do. I have verified my e-mail address and BRM has deposited my points back into my BRM account for the second time.

When I go to "Use Points" I type in the 5000 and check the Moneybookers box then, a popup ask for my Moneybookers e-mail address, not an account number, I type in my Moneybookers e-mail address and now have received 2 deleted request from BRM.

Any suggestions? Is it because I'm a U.S. citizen? I mean, I wouldn't be ableto log into to my moneybookers account without the correct e-mail address because I tried using a ficticious address and couldn't log in.

Do you already check activation your moneybookers account ? I have to send my ID before and they sent mail to my address then I active my account base on mail. After that I must deposit from my credit card few cent and they send back the money to my credit card. Just check carefully their regulation.

Sometimes there are a little mistake by trading points to cash. But it´s not really a problem. Withdraw again after a few minutes and then you have no problems normally.

Might be the reason that they are associating the BRM as a gambling site and they (moneybookers)
refusing the transaction.
If you fail again send them an email asking for clarifications.
And a little heads up.
If you use their phone service have in mind that they charge like crazy.

not sure about this but maybe you have to make a deposit to your moneybookers account first- this could be a trigger to activate the account, i do not know for sure, but i have moneybookers account for a few years now and didn't have a problem with them yet. one more thing you can have a go at doing is to add an additional e-mail to receive money to in your moneybookers account, maybe this will do the trick.
