... In 200GTD you have big chance to cash in and in 17,5K GTD you will have less chance to win but bigger amount .. SO it is same s**t.. What you will choose heads up 6max or full ring SNG ? with same buy in

I guess you are one of those who dont understand how prize money works in tournaments.
For example 18 players registered today for 200GTD with 8€ buy-in. 18 x 8 = 144€ = normal prize pool in a 8€ buy-in tournament. But since it s 200 GTD you get 56€ more in a prize pool and they lost money on that tournament giving it to YOU.
So read again and think why are you complaining here. Like someone stole from you. Instead you should be grateful these type of tournaments exist.

Some people are bloody fools.
Cheers.

You can think they are asking a bit too much for such a low money prize, but perhaps you will have a field of only 20 players, which, after all, make it awesome opportunity! And if some guys do rebuys, they will be increasing prizes, which makes it even better. I don’t think it’s that bad. Last time I played a gtd it was 3,30 buy-in for 50gtd. This is 4x more buy-in, four times more gtd prize: nice!

I´ll explain further from Darkagon:
The GTD number is isuually meaningless, it is set to attract players. For example, a $5.50 buy-in for 500 GTD. 0.50 cents are rake $5 goes to the prizepool The site needs 100 players to sign up to get to the GTD $500
Often, more players will sign up, and the prizepool goes up to $1.200 to $2.000. (400 players x $5 buy-in) = $2.000
If that tourney you are talking about only has 10 players x $11 buy-in = $110 So DEFINITELY play it, because it´s an "Overlay" tourney, meaning there is more money in the pot than the ratio players/buy-in !
When you see $50.000 GTD....you say WOW, but that means nothing, because you have to beat a hell of a lot more players to cash, 1.000´s of them, or pay a higher buy-in.
It all evens out in the end, so your comment is actually meaningless.
Hope you understand the concept of how these GTD figures work?
