Hi all
Thought I would tell you about my bad luck on this tourney. Sorry if I am just moaning but I thought this was "just my luck".
I had succeeded to lasting to the first break and still had 4515 chips. So I thought I might loosen up a bit as the opposition at my table didn't seem too good, in fact about my standard, making normal plays - 3 * BB on the button raises etc.
There we were and I was in small blind with AA. Good for a few chips I thought. The table folded to the button who went all-in. I was shocked and thought great 4515 chips for me as his stack was about 1000 more than mine.
He held KQ off suit and I guess he thought that he would not get any callers - WRONG.
It flopped K, 2, 4 okay I thought then 3 on the turn giving me a chance to make a straight. Even better I thought. Then guess what a damn Queen on the river.
I know some of you will say thats poker and I would normally agree with you - but why me????
I think I need some time off as my missus is fed up with me kicking the cat, don't know why - it is the neighbours !!!!
