Hi Mobsters,I recieved my 5 euro No dep. Bonus and played a 1,10 euro Sit ´n go ( lost). Today I wanted to play again and my Poker balance was 0,00. The 3,90 euro was in the Bossmedia acc. I tried to transfer the 3,90 to my Poker balance and recieved the message 5 euro transfer is min. I spoke to support and they said I need to 1st deposite at least 1,10 to be over 5 euro in order to be able to transfer and use my 3,90. So: If you play there you need to always be over 5 euro ( when you login again) other wise they take the rest out of your balane untill you deposite. My advice: If you fall under 5 euro you have to keep on playing untill you over 5 again or loose it all.
WHAT A SCAM STRATEGY. I hope I could warn some of you in time. I need to now win 1,10 in a free roll before I can use my 3,90
If there is anyone out there that can transfer 1,10 into my acc. He will get double back if I win. My user name : initiator4u

SUPERNOOB: That is not the case I´m on BOSS and when I login the cashier window pops up showing a balance of 3,90. This amount I cant transfer into the BOSS poker balance because its not 5 euro ( at least ). I recieved my 5 euro bonus also to BOSS. And once I was under 5 and loged out , they took the rest out. I spoke to support: they said that is part of there terms

sounds really dumb to me, looks like they got whole cashier thing messed up

Supernoob: No that also doesnt work. Also spoke to support there. They told me the same thing.... "min. 5 euro"
P. s.:I´ve played on so many sites and this has never happened before. ASHTONN: 1st of all its not $ its euro and 2nd Its not the amount really its the scam strategy forcing you to deposite and taking away my Bonus.

cant you use the money left somewhere else if you are not willing to deposit? Dont they have casino or sports betting to transfer the money there and have a go?

I just managed to transfer to Entraction Casino ( havent try using it yet ) and from there I´m having a transfer to Entraction Poker which has to be verified. ( in Progress) Maybe I can use my money there. If so The support at Boss Poker informed me incorrectly.. well lets wait and see.

Thanks for the heads up, i actually like all brm offers but unfortunately sometimes they are hard to clear because we are used to high poker traffic platforms like pokerstars or party poker...

Ok They dinied that , but I tried to transfer directly to Entraction poker. YESSS it worked and.. I can play again with my money. I wonder if they made an exception with me now. Anyway all is good again. I just wonder why the support from both sites told me I had to 1st deposite...?????

I imagine it was all a misunderstanding. Considering these sites are all used to money-depositing clients it may be a bit confusing for them to understand small timers like ourselves. I saw another post by a brm member who had some issues with a ndb and support not understanding the particulars.
By default the employees of the company have to adhere to the strict terms they are under. I bet its just a matter of making enough noise to get a manager who understands better.
Also since u are dealing with more then 1 entity (ie entr, boss) things are bound to get complicated.

Thanks for the tip. I play at Redbet in the Entraction Network. But if you win 1,10-$ in a Freeroll you have the same problem, or not? Or can you trade 1,10-$ to the Main Account and then 5$ back to the poker account? I think not.

What the hell are we talking about here? Entraction or Boss or other networks, are u expecting from pokerrooms to just throw with uncoditioned money ? Well, the 5 dollar minimum transfer limit seems absolutely appropriate,if u ask me.

Well I got 21 euros now and am able to cash out already... so it was worth the effort. only played 6 times the 0,50 cent 40 player sitngo and 4 times in the money 1 win 10 euro 1 2nd 5 euro 2 4th 2 times 2 = 4 euro can only recomend them , one just needs to double up 3 times
