Hello Poker fans mob friends...this is my first post on this fenomenal site nad i`m writing about the problems i expirienced on gutshot poker. Normaly i play on pokerstars...that`s my spot for 2 yrs now but when i saw this gutshot promotion here i decided to install it recived my bonus all that went well, made my first 15$ deposit and got that 5 from mob team and starded playing. I unlocked first 5$ when i got theri 200 fpps and till than it was all gr8. Then problems starts first software just freezed stop dealing hands in one hand i scored flush on river, other had pair of jacks on third triling sevens..and it just stop working...i wrote them and they gave me some shitty answer.. And than today when few $ just dissapeared from my cashier while i was in game...what should i do ? any1 has expirience with gutshot ?

hello Igetmycash and welcome to BRM, even though you are registered from 2010 Havent played there yet, but its not a secret that ipoker has some issues with software problems from time to time.(try uninstalling, update your windows fully and then reinstall, some times it helps) Ask for a log of your plays to see were the money has gone, and demand them if they are really missing. gl with that and welcome again.

Gutshot is a part of the iPoker Network and i had never saw that a tourney was frozen there. But it happens last time at ComeOnPoker (CakeNetwork) and they gave me the money back. Send the Gutshot support a mail again with tourney id, hand number etc. Sometimes they give us only standard answers at the first time.

Frankly i'm more intrigued about the part where some f your money dissaperd from cashier, if i remember correctly their software makes some errors from time to time.
I mean sometimes they don't update the balance istantly after you exit from the tables you were playing.

Yeah, they confirmed me that there were some server problems at that time and that they are not sure what`s the procedure in that kind of situation ?! :/ And that 2nd time i just won a little sng tournament which main prize was 5$ my cashier shows 5.50 and minutes later it shows 3.98 and i haven`t spend it it just dissapeared if something like that is possible even... :/ Hahaha Mober your right seems i am registered since 2010 but i ttly forgot for this great community so i recently re-discovered it
