When you go to select any of the 5 doors, then it's only JavaScript being used (not Java or Flash), so the only thing that really could be stopping you there, is a pop-up blocker, disabled javascript in your browser, or you have some security software installed that's messing up your system.
------------ But if you won something, then that would indicate that the window actually does opens up - maybe you just don't see it, or it opens as a new tab in your browser? The script that decides if you win or not only runs in that popup window.

You can open only one door per hour five times a day. When not: sometimes it is enough to login again and then you have no problems. Or wait only a few seconds and then opens the door.
