I'm sure we'll find a mobster in the end fully capable for the job...

The seo part is pretty easy actually but not too many people are good on coding so thats a bit more complicated. Good luck to all applicants!

English speaking/writing skills should be good as you'll also be producing content/articles, like when updating Facebook etc.

With all respect, this person just failed the writing skills !!

No thank you. Enjoying what I do for the most part, although the last two months have been killers stress wise. It has me wondering if it is not time to embark on a different route and run my own business, MY way, instead of following the direction of people who do not know the business like I do, don't value my opinions but two years later align themselves with what I said - and repackage them as their own ideas. BRM keeps concentrated in getting the best professional for this job. It will be nice to have someone from admin talking to us in the social media, giving more activity to us and potential new members. I think the site itself will win some new features… If this effort in hiring as the objective of improving our relation with the site, that means it’s all for the best. Good luck with the new collaborator.

So, any news about this. Have you already started doing any selection of the applications you received by now? I believe it must have been a lot, and that it will a hard time to make the first selection: to separate those who qualify from those who don’t qualify. Only after you can start trying to rank them in terms of who seems to have better qualifications for what you need. Good luck with that!

We're still taking applications. A few interesting ones came in already but we'd like to have more to choose from.
