Those 5000 Pkrpoints doesn't count for the gift offer; about the $10 instant bonus, you can read the Terms & Conditions of PKR Gift offer:
"IMPORTANT: Please also note, that if you avail the instant deposit bonus, your will have to earn an additional 100 PKR points per USD bonus in order to qualify. So if you get a $10 instant deposit bonus, you will have to earn a total of 2,500 PKR points: 1,000 PKR points from instant deposit bonus + 1,500 PKR points to qualify for gift = 2,500 PKR points in total required to qualify for your gift."

From what im getting by reading the rules is that you get 1500 PKR points by making a deposit and you need to earn 1500 more in order to qualify for the BRM gift. It also say that if you get the instant bonus (which you say you already got) you will need then 2500 PKR points in order to claim the BRM gift. So if you have PLAYED and you have reached the total of 5k PKR points you are eligible to claim. If you got the 5k points from PKR only from deposit without playing at all, then you are not eligible to claim it.
