can somebody please help me with this quiz on the ps poker school website, its the MTT course, i cant do it, ive been trying about 2 weeks now. Its frustrating me because i know im good at MTTs because ive won a freeroll out of 8000 players on carbon poker before, and came 2nd the next day out of a similar field. Also that week i got to the final table 5 times. Can somebody help, it doesnt even tell you where you are going wrong, you can only do it once every 6 hours if you fail, and you need 60% an ive had 58% twice an 59% also. Its doin my head in.
if you been trying for 2weeks and can't pass i would give up if i was you, or put more revision in as you clearly can't be doing your homework! how can we help??!! you want us to do it for you?? if its multiple choice pick C every time that's a general rule, maybe you will achieve the 60% this way if you can't be bothered to learn MTT strategy

i have read up, ive read all the articles, and im silver on poker strategy.com read all those articles aswell, its really annoyin. Because its mostly situational multi choice questions, an some are wrong some are half right, an situational, is mainly opinion based i think.

lol, you used up all your run bad on the quiz.
alright sure we can help but the type of help is limited and both of the above gave it to you. ill just add those quizzes are really good to know. They try and trick you with hand position and when to fold so focus on what hands they suggest you play. It really shouldnt take too long to skim thru the articles.
Just use this time to learn the quizzes. its some of the best poker reading you can be forced to do. i promise if you can pass that quiz without a moments thought your game will be all the better for it.

I took the test once and found the same thing. Well at least i felt my range was tighter then their ranges but forget all that. They want you to do the mathamatically correct thing each time so for example if you get Q10 withless10bbs then they dont care answer is shove. So grab a drink and read them again and take it right after.
Im not sure but some of those used to allow you to read while you took them. Sincerely though its a good thing to know because even if you play different its good to know what the "right" play is.

yeah it does seem 2 try 2 trick you its gettin 2 the point now where ive tried that many times, things i thought i was wrong on, i try different answers. When i do that ive bin gettin like 30%. What on earth im not that bad.

What is Poker School Online? Are they another afilliate? I either case it's like any other test, although in this case it's open book. Leave the articles open in another window while you write it and you can just refer to them as needed. And read the questions carefully for trip ups.

lol.. I passed it at first attempt! I gotta say that i didnt read any article, but.. i guess i just have knowlege.. playing MTT and SnG's is not the same.. Position, beting, starting hands.. 'rules' are diferent.. So, i cant help you, just can say you to read. Its obvious that you dont know rules of playing MTT's.. You said you have won some tournament.. - thats not reference.. you have to 'play by rules'...

lol,2 deep runs,very solid sample (not),especially in super weak fields like freerolls. If you're up after a much,much,much,much larger samplesize in buy in tourneys you can consider yourself good,2 deep runs dont prove anything at all. In fact,if you came 1st out of 8K and 2nd the next day then it just proves even more how hot you were running
So my advice - the time you've spent on making and following this thread is already time that you couldve used to simply read the articles (if you dont pass the quiz it just shows you should read them since you dont seem to have much knowledge),so yeah,just do so now. If you cant even pass a quiz you're not good enough to be a longterm winner anyways.

LOL! When BeMy has something to say he says it, and is not worried about what you think. In the time that he has been here he has shown himself to have a solid grasp on the game, and has readily contributed his own view on specific plays. When he talks poker most of us pay attention.
Is there some specific reason you want to pass this exam if you have already achieved success and silver level elsewhere?

why its not like you can actually do anythin except troll me. an i passed the test so thank you to all who made constructive comments to this thread rather than troll it for mob points. i didnt need your help in the end though lol. for those who made constructive comments if you ever need help with anything, in particular this quiz, i will help you as soon as possible. to those who made negative comments, you obviousely dont need my help, or need 2 know the free offers i know of other than BRM so sorry but ure not getting my help.

Get a grip sadamman. If that quiz was tilting you so much that you resorted to racial slurs i reckon you should give up playing. Nobody wants to know about your elusive info about other free offers either. Go back and play freerolls and stop wasting peoples time here.

its not elusive an yeah i used a 'racial' slur, because the nazis are a race arent they, why would i give up playing because of some negative feedback, thats what drives good players on. i dont jus play freerolls, i play everythin, if you ever want a game search for me online. i play live aswell, im just a winning machine, obviousely i lose occasionally, but i still turn water to wine.
