We will consider reimbursement to players who are materially affected.
"Materially affected" you have lost a considerable number of hands that lost a significant portion of your chips due to "blind" and "before".
*** IMPORTANT *** If you think you have been materially affected by this problem, plese send us an email with the next title in the subject line of email:
"REFUND: #_________, T $ X + Y User ID" In "________" should write the number of tournament "X + Y" should be "buy-in" of the tournament and "USERID" you should write your username.
For example, "REFUND: T # 123456780, $ 20 + 2, KidJoker"
for reimbursement of multiple tournaments, please note torneiosadicionais in the text of your email.
For example: T # 123456780, $ 20 + 2 T # 123456781, $ 10 + 1, T # 123456782, $ 50 + 5
etc. If the number is not aware of the tournament, you can find it through your program PokerStars using the history function of games in the main window: "Applications -> Tournament History"
Please note that all refunds are subject to a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.
We will at your disposal for any further clarification. Thank you for choosing PokerStars. Yours sincerely,

That shows that they are a serious site and do care for their members. Not like some others. They are in top of the list and they want to remain there. I bet they are doing anything in their power to keep Full Tilt from reopening

They are a trustworthy and reliable poker room, otherwise they would not have contacted you for refunding your lost bankroll, I do not have any problems with PS at all.

Lol, nice where did you see that? Was that an email they sent out? Either way, I like it, reducing the losses of losing players will help encourage them to continue losing, which we all know helps us continue winning. Nice!

Hi guys!!
Typical Pokerstars action. Sounds good, looks nice and is real great for maintain players in tables losing money. The good new for regular players is that losing players will be a little more in the tables.

Lol what are you saying Mreid123? That Poker Stars gave you free money because you got unlucky in a tournament that you still placed in? Or did you not realize what this thread is about? No worries, it happens to all of us.
