I'm not complaining or mAking any statement whatsoever that electronic poker is rigged. It's just really funny! Usually every FRiday I make a deposit to my BR at a certain site. It seems like I can't lose after I make the deposit, that is, the day I make my deposit. I do this whetehr I need to or not (make deposit) Maybe I play better or more patiently after a deposit or something. During the week I don't place as often as I do the day I make my deposit. Call it superstitious, but that's why I make a weekly deposit no matter what happens. Even if I make a withdraw I still make this weekly deposit!
You are just superstitious. Placebo effect. I made it from 0 (atm 4th time trying) so i guess that is your answer. I'll just add something that happened to me 2 mins ago. Playing micro cash game double up trough some guy and he types F****** HACKER PLAYER ?!? Peoples imagination does wonders, so does yours. You can stop your weekly deposit i would say
p.s. or maybe not cause it obviously gives you confidence trough your mind thinking you are invincible when you deposit and confidence is one of the most important factors in this game in my opinion.

What you should try as a fun experiment is a smaller daily deposit. Then track your results. If you strat owning the tables let me know and I'll be right there making deposits, lol. You may have a point about being more patient after a deposit, it's like reminding yourself that your playin' for real.

ok, first i think you are astute enough to even consider it. Sure it seems silly but what if there is some reason its happening?
I also have had this happen to me. I would make a 50$ deposit onto stars back in the day. First week of play i was hot. I would lay down big hands and know it was the correct move. As my play progressed i would become more complacent and less appreciative of playing for money. Typically when i made the deposit i was itching to play and would read a bit of theory along with watching poker on tv. As i became more used to playing i wouldnt appreciate it so much and would play worse and even at times make sily silly silly calls that even a hero would laugh at.
Its almost like at first i play i give everyone respect but after seeing enough play i would become cynical and doubt most plays.
So i think confidence in having the extra loot laying around combined with "a brand new start" in a sense allows for us to reset and play unhindered by a pessimistic attitude.

Maybe you right MicroMachina, but we need pay attention to Green, too. Why ? Because I had the same at PS. I never deposit there. I won at Dozn freeroll $8, the day after that I played. wow , very nice, I developed it to $23 play micro MTT and s n g, but after that I just lost and lost. Too many crap card I got. Big pairs I got is 10 10 and lost. AK os or suited lost. So we have to pay attention about PS program maybe just fooling us. I really no had change to win prize. It's too much ridiculous , I think. Let's mobster share your experience at PS.

At the weekend you can find more gamblers at the sites. Some players said, they have a doomswitch after the deposit. Other after a withdraw. Believe it or not...

dude i am not so sure electronic poker is not rigged- there is an endless discussion, and to be fair no one who is not involved in the topic directly (own a poker site for example) cannot be sure of the answer. i personally believe that there is no problem to cheat online- there are so many examples of such stories starting from rigged poker sites and finishing with crappy bookies

If that is what really works for you keep it going. You are not losing anything since you withdraw and then cashing out again. You just add up your winnings and continue. Whatever the case keep it up the same way. No need to experiment once you got the tempo
and confidence is one of the most important factors in this game in my opinion.
