Merge or Ongame network?  0
I'd like to know wich one of these networks have more traffic of Sit&Go players, I want to try to clear a bonus in any of them, but I need this information before. Is the traffic player good in any of these netwrks to play Sits??

Thanks!!!

Not sure about Ongame but Merge is working out good for me so far. Don't wait long for tourney's to fill at all. And they have a weekly freeroll for everyone who rakes $25+, they get a freeroll where top 100 get a free ticket to the $100 Guaranteed, usually there's only around 1800 in it.

on merge network the sng's are fine in general. 180 players sits never fill tho. You will find a wait of 5-10 mins before a one table fills and if you intend on playing more then one sng of the same stake and size it could take a bit of time to 4 table. Maybe 20 mins. This is for micro. 5$ 45players are the only other game i play above micro and they take about 30-40 mins to fill.

The real appeal to me for merge altho honestly i dont know ongame, would be the skill level of players. Since its merge you will be playing against old men who mostly all play on sportsbook.com or something and they just want to win some quarters to bet horses or sports so they are not real poker players per se.

Id like to hear about ongame myself.

Ongame has more players. But its main player base is from europe, while Merge is one of the last network that allows players from the US. So it has a lot of players from the americas.

Ongame has more players merge the better software. And in the merge network are many us players. You can clear a bonus in boath networks, cashgames and sng´s.

Thanks for your answers, I was thinking about getting the PT3 playing in one of the rooms pointed by them, since I just can pick up a room that is on one of these two networks. I already have accounts in the other rooms that have more traffic.

Thanks!

I'm at Carbon and thanks to Micro I now understand it's all part of the network. Micro is also right about the SnG's, but there pretty good to play in. Of course I can only speak for the $1.10 to $6.50 level since I don't play in anything real big. I'm just waiting for one of those 180 player SnG's to fill up. They get closer by the week. Good Luck to All!

lol green. i swear ive sat in one more then 5 days and forgot about it until i noticed the "my games" section. I think they do manage one every sunday and its a shame because i found the one i played in pretty weak field.

I can definitely verify the bit about Merge having a large amount of American players. At almost every table I play at they are almost all American (I'd guess 75% of the members are). The whole Black Friday thing worked out great for Merge.

Most players worry more about the room itself than the network. Don’t go that way. Perhaps if you try to find this information you will end up about being able to understand them. Think about the rooms. Of course this is just an advice, because if I were you I would be only worried about the bonus I would try to clear, that is the most important. You can always enter the poker room internet page to see if you can know how many players usually play there.

First try to find what you are looking from a room and then decide for the network.
eg. rakeback clearing bonus.
Cause you may be in a network that has a lot of traffic and games that cover your needs, but the returns in terms of rewards may not worth it.
There are for example big differences is some poker rooms that belong to the same network.

Thanks for your aswers!!!

Actually I was thinking of getting PT3 free, and I only could do it openning an account in a room of one of these networks.

Before trying these I got I very nice bonus in a Merge Network room and honestly this Network is better than I expected; the traffic is ok for sits players (there are a lot of americans) and they have a lot o options to choose a sit&go table.

Merge Network: not so bad!!, not so bad!!! You should try it....
