Im all day back and forth with emails and now im waiting for another response from them and will give you latest tomorrow.
Their support is one of the worst ever.
They dont even have the decency reading your email before replying with an automated message on another subject
No matter how i tried and all the emails sent last night had no luck resolving this.
It was nerve racking also cause every other email was just a stereotypical answer,
out of subject. Its unreal.
Since they wont do anything without screenshots i gave up and from now on
i will take one before i start playing and another when im done.
