It's been a while since I had a moan about online poker. And todays victim is bwin. I purchased a $25 pokerbonus from the bwin points market for 22,500 points. After the purchase my points balance was 7,400.
Now the rules of the bonus state you must earn 200 points to release the full $25 which is fine. My points balance is now 11,000 and I have only been playing poker. They state I have earned 78.78 points towards this bonus. I have fired off 7 emails in 6 days and had no response. Any ideas?

Not sure what is up other then, if you sent these e-mails over the weekend it may take until some time Monday before you receive any feedback. I've ran in to this at Carbon. Weekends are generally slow to get a response. Good Luck!

BeMyATMplz already answered you. You aren't being scammed, you just didn't understand what it is needed. In future do yourself a favor and get to know how things work before you claim somone scammed you. It's noones fault that you are too lazy to read couple of sentences.

is a big difference between poker points and market points. Go to my account and there click on poker and pker bonus and there u will see how many poker points u`ve earned on that pokerbonus. Good luck man

Bwin have worst customer support. I never had situations when support dont answer your email at all untill I emailed Bwin. I think Ive send them 5 mails and I never got response. So, I quited and leaved that room for good.

Hasnt the bwin teamed up with party poker or am i misinformed? Someone would expect that a site like this would have a good customer service. If not for poker they are known worldwide for betting.

yeah i have an idea- when you finally get your money back in one way or another- get the hell out of their site and never look back- and btw you can write to them something like this: ok dudes i am seriously considering leaving your site forever- and if loosing one customer is not enough for you- i will recommend to my friends the same action as well
