as long as you play there fairly regular...otherwise they'll want to close out the account because of dormancy. I have an account at a site where I don't intend to deposit...it's been over 4 yrs now...I make a point of playing there 2-4 times a month. If your still active there after 2yrs..I don't see them shutting you down.
Every room you play in has the right to close your account. It's just there for some cases. If you are active they won't close your account. In my opinion you went to far by bashing a room for such a thing.

You cant say it is not a good idea to go for this bonus for this security system. You have online services with schedules tighter than this in what concerns to inactivity. That is just a way to guarantee the player will keep playing there while is has money there. I have friends who like to play games a little bit more expensive than mines and they have several poker accounts with $0.50, $0.80… nuts, hein?

That is not the only site. Almost any site has such fees. Some of them that ive noticed in the past they had 6 months inactivity and then start charging. If you dont want to lose money that way either cash out all your money or play couple of times per year a raked hand

I figure if your not planning to play somewhere for two years then the site reserves the right to consider the account inactive. Not being a butthead it's just like most accounts , at least here in the U.S. If your account is inactive, other then a bank or 401K then more then likely the're probably thinking your not ever going to be back.
Greetings Ikoen and welcome to the forum. I think what he's saying is if you take a No Deposit Bonus and loose it that after 2 years they'll start sending him a bill for 5 Euros every month. If that's what you meant I think you may have misunderstood, what section of the Terms were you reading I'll take a peek.

so explain me dude- you do not play for two years at this site (so i presume you do not have any cash over there) and now you are worried that they will charge you 5 euros a month- you probably got something very wrong here- how are they gonna charge you if you have no money in your account?
