So, there is new Red Spade tournament on Poker Stars and this time it have new format. Poker stars call it flighted tournament. Its format where you play tournament splited in two rounds. There will be more 1st rounds but only one 2nd round and you cant buy in directly to 2nd round. 1st round tourneys stop on 15th blind level and you will take your stack from first to 2nd round. So, way I see it, its combo of time tournaments (introduced by stars few months ago), satelites adn regular tournaments plus Red Spade is bounty. I dont know what to think about it. What you guys think?

think its a good idea as people get more chances to qualify for the 2nd round so prizepool will be bigger and unlike satellites u can carry ur previous stack into the final.

hey, this sounds actually VERY cool! Round tournaments... sounds like a MTT player's wish come true. Pokerstars is 100% on the right track with these cool moves, and I bet more and more people will soon give it a try, albeit the rather steep price
