PokerStars has increased the guarantees in many of its biggest and most popular tournaments. From as low as $3.30 I can go for a $6k guaranteed? This is just awesome, we are talking about a $1k upgrade with the same buy-in. Of course we have to remember that, if fields were already big, they can also increase a bit more. And playing over six hours or more to get busted in the last 50 and receive $10 is not for all. Some can consider it good for having a compensation regarding the low value of the buy-in, but many others (me included) would say it was a complete waste of time… But if we go higher in the final rank things tend to get much better. We just have to think if we have what it takes to reach there!
They must do that because they are the biggest site right now and with the big field we usually have lately... it would have been useless to play for huge hours like mentioned above for small money... I hpe PS do the right things for us players to be happy to play there and stay there as FTP will be back soon and indeed will challenge them in terms of promo...

so the business is back on track- numbers of players are growing, so prize pools are probably averaging even more that the new guarantees, so stars took a wise move to up the ante- and it looks like it's great news bla bla, in reality just more players play those tourneys and that's it
