Hi Grnlight.
When i feel near of tilt i stop playing. When some session go bad during days i stop playing during days/weeks. I begin to play again when the past losses no matter to me.

That's the best I think. But temptation WANT to play really hard to avoid. So just play freeroll or micro buy in MTT.And what I got ? Like Retribution told yesterday, got several bad beat, unlucky . Finally more frustrating is the prize.

After happening, I usually keep playing for a bit more, but after finishing my poker session, that hand just doesn’t leave my head, it keeps tormenting my brain, until I start worrying with any other thing. Only at that point I can forget the loss. And then, when I feel I am able to win again at the tables, I return, not remembering anymore what happened last time. I only remember it when I came here and someone asks us to talk about it. But, once it’s past, there’s no problem in talking about it.

Just turn off the computer and do what relaxes you the most without thinking of the poker And unless you have come to a state of mind thats completely off, of poker dont start playing again. If you have flashes of your last bad beat, unless you can control yourself in the next session, keep relaxing

Don't play over ur limit.. EVER. i found out that after so many beats if u keep ur strategy, and don't go up to make up for the loses, after some time u just get a "numbness" feeling when getting a beat.maybe a grim smile on the guys luck and thats that... playing on a strict bankroll means that beat wont bust u out or cripple u and the time u spent grinding ur money. soon enough u wont even notice them.

Play until I've had enough bad beats that i'm convinced I won't win on that given night. Think about it while at work wondering if I was playing good or is it all a jinx. I have come to the conclusion once I've lost a couple days in a row without placing in the money all I need to do is deposit then I will win a few. That's no joke! Good Luck to All!
