In an hour of playing I lost a bunch of hands where opponent has 2, 3, 4 outs on flop, or turn... Its not about money i lost, its about frustration that is growing in my mind and some questions, ARE YOU SERIOUS? REALLY? THIS GUY IS LUCKY TOO AGAINST ME???!!!
The only thing that is left for me is
Cmon... Top of all is my 10 10 vs 10 10 ... Did I lose this one too? 3 diamonds on the flop, and another one on turn!
Very next hand I had J 10, flop bring me top pair 10, i decide to check raise all in because i was first to act, and this was hyper turbo tournament so when you mix it up with my tilt for last hand, fold was not an option.
As i thought he did bet, so i was all in and have been called with Q J...
Turn card is Q, and I am out...
I know i should stop playing for today, but who knows...

I feel your pain friend. This week has been a nightmare for me and I still haven't woke up. Every day I think, ok it's going to be a better day..... Nope! Royally shafted again from the biggest idiots doing exactly as you want, then getting lucky. Playing the big $11 just now but after this I'm done for at least a few days. Need to get my sanity back.

It;s called variance..stop whining about it. If I showed you my last 1K hands you would cry probably. That is why is called poker and not chess..the is a luck factor. A good poker player must maximize his winnings when he's on an upswing and minimize his loses when on a downswing. It's the same principle as with implied - reverse implied odds (which I assume you don't know and I recommend you get on that ASAP).

Wow, the arrogance is strong in this one.
I'm sure even YOU will agree that variance can be a killer on the mind at times. Effecting your game and leaving you feeling dirty & abused. I think the OP is just pointing out a particularly bad run, which most can sympathise with, especially me at the moment after a week of this kind of crap in MTT's. My only cash has been because p* crashed and the money divied out.
So if you feel you're above being effected by variance, kindly leave us lesser mortals to get upset by it kthxbai.

PokerStars yesterday: MTT 10 % of players left, I'm holding A J same color - at late position, one limper, I raise 2,5 x BB and blinds fold, limper just calls. Flop is : K 6 4 - limper check, I bet 55 % of pot and my opponent raise allin showing: K 9 . Of course I'm happy to see that until turn and river shows: 9 + K. He had a bit more than me and again I'm out with nuts on my hand ...KosherStars = waste of time.

It’s not enough info to analyze a type of game, but, quick thinking, I think you need to increase your bets pre and post flop. Don’t think about the chips you can win if anyone goes against you with that hand, bet and see who is willing to lose for you.

First of all, I've had my bad runs and incredible bad beats..and not to long ago. This was a shitty weak for me, just managed yesterday to get something like +80$ profit after a weak of bad beats where I was something like -130$... I know the pain and the doubts of the correct plays and all. Second, Pokerstars is not f*ckin rigged wtf. I played on many sites and remained loyal to stars. Yes, there is a greater variance in mtts due to the large fields and yes, because there are so many fishes at the tables you will get sucked out more..but THATS it. P.S.: I too am on the payroll of PS in the anti-rigged division like jess
I know I seemed arrogant..hell, I seem arrogant in real life so there isn't much surprise there, but I'm really not, it's just that bad beats I stories for your friends at a drink not to a forum. What is the point of this thread ???

yeah as some of the dudes mentioned having an account at several poker sites does help a lot- one may ask: what is the reason for playing at several sites? and the answer is simple- if you are constantly losing on one site (in this example jokerstars) you begin to suspect that this site is after you, so when you have a go at other site, and it scalps the hell out of you at least you know that the world is after you and not just the puny jokerstars

Serpong, actually most of my bad beats was in HU, thats the fact that frustrated me the most! I am playing good, have about 70, 80% of chips, and then opponent start to push every hand i just cant finish it!!!
But today is another day, I decided to take a break for a couple of days and then try to win some money coldheaded.

One more thing for those that play cash nl holdem especially with many fish on the table, make your pre flop raise a bit bigger than average(6 x or even more) if you have a really good hand.
I observed many took bad beats with premium hands on multi way pots.

OK I'm not sure wtf but I never said P* was rigged and neither did the OP. There is a difference between hating a site for that time and thinking it's a scammer. Sometimes I've considered it but not seriously.
I've no idea what your BRM is but a downswing of $100 bucks in a week isn't exactly fall off the back of your chair, bat in the face bad news. Or are you giving your inflated opinion when you're playing $1 MTT or 2/5c RNG?
As for the bold bit (notice I'm skipping the arrogance bit, it speaks for itself). You'd think a forum for poker is where you can vent your frustrations when a particularly bad period is going on. We've all went through it so support should be available, which it is and good to see. I'm not sure many people want to talk to their friends about how much they lose due to bad luck, unless it's like minded people...[poker people].... get my meaning here?

I'm sorry for seeming like an arrogant prick, but you sir are quite asking for it...as do others..plus that you overreacted to what I said. 1. I;m playing 5-20$ buyin mtts. 2. 100 is more than enough..you see, just because I said I had a rough week doesn;t mean I ruined myself.. It just means I haven't entered the money when I should and that I haven't gotten that deep as I should.. 3. Indeed I don't tilt. Ever! So I will leave you to your moody downswing affected playing style... P.S.: Although I have a tendency..an affinity for risk..I've been playing chess since I was 6 or 7 and that taught me patience...That's one of the reasons that I don't tilt and don't make my plays on pure emotion "just to show him" .. I hope you understand that it can be done... Although I seem a little of a bastard, believe me that I mean well, and my posts are constructive nonetheless.. I apologize if I was so terribly wrong. Indeed, the bad beats you only discuss them with the poker minded people. Actually, I don't talk about poker and avoid talking about poker with people that have no clue about it whatsoever. Here in Romania poker is not well seen yet. When I tell someone I play poker their make a stupid scared face and ask me with fright and awe : "I'm so sorry for you...how much did you lose?" It's ridiculous! I know that feeling when everything is going backwards and you start to question your playing style..and what if you have played That hand differently and so on..I'm not saying I'm some great poker player..I think I'm...lets say decent, not good. I;ve read and learned and know that I have still much to learn, but I just don't tilt..I mean, I DO tilt, I just don't let it affect my play.
