Every time I have been to this site live support is always offline. Is there a specific time when it's available or are they just too busy for it at the moment?

The live support doesnt work for quite a while now. (they should have removed the icon by now Smile

)
The only way to contact them is either by posting in the forum and admin will answer your questions or
by sending an email to support through the form on your personal BRM page.
